Beat eggs, sugar, oil & pumpkin until fluffy. Stir flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt & soda. in separate bowl. Add dry ingredients to pumpkin mixture & mix thoroughly. Spread batter in ungreased 13x9 pan. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes. Mix together cream cheese, butter, vanilla & powdered sugar to make icing. Once cake has cooled, frost with cream cheese icing.
